Musical influences

Born in Memphis, TN, the son of a New Christy Minstrel, I've had the songwriting bug for years. I finally released my first album, Waterfall, in September of 2017 which was recorded at the Songwriter's Studio in Knoxville, TN. I've been married 30+ years with 3 grown kids and live in Southern California. Prior to spending more time writing and playing, I was an Animal Control Officer in Southern California for 24 years. That's right-a singing dog catcher.

Musical influences

I've been playing guitar since I was in my teens. My father, Will, and my sister Suzanne were in a family group doing original music as the Teague Family. We even had the great studio drummer, Hal Blaine, play on our album. I have been influenced by many artists and genres with James Taylor being the most influential in my life, along with Dan Fogelberg, David Wilcox, Amy Grant, Rich Mullins, Joni Mitchell, Bach and the list goes on. I've been playing for the Dan Krikorian Band since 2009.
